Another day, another Bex Shiner fail.
Taipei Gym, This time, the former Big Brother star decided she would indulge in a little tanning - however it didn't go to plan and, in true Bex fashion, it wasn't long until the whole display went horribly wrong.
The outlandish brunette was looking to add some colour to her cheeks - whichever cheeks we're referring to is your guess - to contrast the bitter winter weather and bring some light to her life via a tanning bed.
Albeit artificial and drastically unhealthy light, may we add.
Before jumping onto the sunbed, Bex kept the door ajar to her treatment room - just so we could obviously get a glimpse of nipples. Why else?
Realising her nips were out, she had a hint of self-consciousness and covered up with her palms
And not only was she choosing an unhealthy means to get a tan, she also appeared to have no idea as to how to use a tanning bed in the first place.
Stripping off to a purple thong and a pair of grubby "white" socks, the former Big Brother star proceeded to lounge in the apparatus but it didn't exactly go to plan, in the Soleil tanning salon in Kent.
Classy as always, the reality star began to topple from the sunbed in a dramatic fashion
She tried to steady herself, however failed miserably
Down she goes...
Where many seem to be able to easily employ the coordination to lie still as they get their hit of UV rays, Bex just couldn't stay still for two seconds, losing her balance immediately and falling to the hard wood floors below.
She unsuccessfully tried to grasp the sides of the machine to keep her from faceplanting in a most unattractive fashion, but to no avail.
Wearing a purple thong and not much else, Bex was having a rough time staying on the bed
Wearing a full face of makeup on her beauty expedition, her dramatic red lips highlighted a range of emotive expressions plastered across the 30-year-olds face as she landed on the floor.
We're not sure if she was boozed up, but she didn't seem to be too keen to stay on the bed for very long.
She looked to be a little strained and annoyed at herself.
Pulling a face of frustration, she readied herself for an afternoon of pampering.
Exposed and bare, her thigh tattoo was revealed for all to see, as the door remained open to her not-so-private treatment room.
Picking herself - but not her dignity - from the floor, she proceeded for a second try at it, successfully lying on the bed to get her fix of artificial sun for a few moments.
For a moment, Bex looked to have the hang of it
And it seemed like she might be okay!
Nope, there she falls again
Her ample breasts were flattened like pancakes on the bulbs of the bed - which, to be fair, didn't seem to be turned on - before she, yet again, toppled to the floor in a flurry of curly hair and pained facial expressions.
It's like she wasn't even trying...
Back to the hard floor below
Perhaps it was a good thing she kept the door ajar - this way salon staff could step in after hearing the thud of a Shiner hitting the ground and could easily assist to get her back up on her grubby-socked feet.
The look on her face is one of pain and failure
However her makeup remained flawless.
Moral of the story: Bex is no good at simple tasks such as laying down.
And we hope the clinic gave the bed a good once over before the next customer stepped in.
